Brimming with dark fruits, sous bois and graphite. Long palate with intense red fruits, dark berries, cured meats and blood plums, interwoven with, fragrant cloves, fine spice and wonderful minerality. The chalky, mouth coating tannins are fine, and persistent.
Located in the heart of Pipers Brook wine region in Northern Tasmania, this original two-hectare vineyard was purchased by Linda and her late husband, Vaughn Dell, in 2005, with one goal in mind. To produce the finest quality wine, with as little intervention as possible. After the sudden death of Vaughn in 2020, Linda and her two young daughters, Esmé and Clementine, continued to carry on the legacy that he and Linda had started.
