Taking a classic dark ale base, a winemaker's touch has provided a soft, rich fruit palate via the use of fresh, unfiltered apple juice procured directly from an on-farm apple grower & processor in the Huon Valley. A blend of five different barley malts, this is a complex and satisfying drinking experience. Triple fermented using nearly 20% whole apple juice.

A blend of 2019 raspberries courtesy of their neighbours, The Westerway Raspberry Farm and their single variety (Sturmer Pippin), spontaneously fermented and aged in oak hogshead casks, then given a further two-winters-and-a-summer for these two ingredients to become one. This cider presents a fresh sour berry aroma and pours a beautiful plus colour and a dry palate with an embracing acidity.
