About Chef Tjia
Having had over 10 years of experience across various kitchens, Chef Tjia specialises in all sorts of Western cuisine including banquets, Italian and French fine dining and large-scale food prep She rose through the ranks quickly with her diligence and attention to detail in the kitchen. Currently a Junior Sous Chef at Meatsmith Telok Ayer, Chef Tjia ensures that the kitchen operates efficiently and guides junior chefs in proper execution and skills.
