Fruits and florals play around on the nose, very aromatic and enjoyable stuff. Dry with a beautifully integrated acidity, just enough to highlight the bright fruit. Long finish. A great rosé that has definitely shot up into our top 3. Don't expect humongous complexity, but expect that you could smash two bottles of this easily on a Sunday morning.

A nice, refreshing and fruity Pinot Gris that lies somewhere between the refreshing yet simple (and often tasteless) Italian Pinot Grigio and the more fruitier and rounder style of German Grauburgunder. This wine is a bit lighter and somewhat higher in acidity than your average Pinot Gris, but it also has much more fruit and depth than your run-of-the-mill Pinot Grigio. Overall this is quite reliable and tasty effort, making it a good everyday wine for a wide variety of food. Perhaps best served with white meats, grilled fish or heavier salads.

$40.00

Pale yellow-green color. Quite rich and moderately characterful, slightly lifted nose with aromas of cantaloupe, some exotic spice, light floral notes of aromatic herbs, a little bit of arrack and a touch of vanilla custard. The wine is ripe yet dry and moderately full-bodied on the palate with firm flavors. Fresh finish, long and quite tangy.

Origin: Eden Valley Region: South Australia Grape(s): Riesling Style: Light-bodied, crisp white wine made using tank method Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 10%

$34.00

Fleshy textured, soft and supple, juiciness is en pointe. Lighter, refreshing style albeit with some extra width and an almost diffuse softness. Great for tapas and lighter seafood.

$30.00

Richness, intensity, and drive. Spice, stone fruit and grapefruit. Some creaminess, plenty of grip, and drive though the finish, which has a kind of seaside brine and tang to it.

$50.00

Deep ruby in the glass. Blasting aromas of oriental/Indian spice mixed with red and dark berry fruit. You've probably never smelled a wine like this, so hats off for the uniqueness Tomfoolery. The body is medium, has a good balance of all its elements and tastes super bright in the mouth. Tannins just right, offering more grip to the whole structure. Medium (+) finish.

$39.00

Stunning nose of green apple, passionfruit and ripe lemon. High, razor-sharp acid highlights the fruit gorgeously and is backed up by just the right amount of residual sugar. Mind you, the sweetness is not here to overwork the wine. Its role is just to make it juicier and more concentrated. Even though it's highly approachable now, this will just keep on giving and developing. Great job by John Hughes, putting a seal on our favorite Riesling outside of Europe.

$40.00

Inspired by the new wave 'Vino Joven' wines of the old world, Young Blood Shiraz is released as a cheeky youngster with just a brief barrel maturation to showcase structure and varietal character, while retaining freshness and finesse. The fruit is open fermented utilising native yeasts, with 30% whole bunch in the mix. After 7 days maceration post-ferment, the wine is gently basket pressed and racked to stainless vats (50%) and old French oak hogsheads (50%) for 6 months maturation. Young Blood Shiraz is pure, uncomplicated enjoyment.

$40.00

If you're a fan of Rioja and thier early 'joven' releases, you?re in for a real treat. Inspired by Ben Chipman's travels across Europe, where fellow backpackers drank solely out of carafes, this Grenache breathes life into a category known mostly for heavy duty wines. Fresh, fragrant, uncomplicated.

$32.00

Strong scents of nashi pear and cashew. Juicy and rich-ish texture, more nashi and nuts, good length, vitality and freshness here. All of it fits together well and feels good. Textural white of good character.

$39.00

Light salmon pink in the glass. Pleasant, sort of sweet aromatics - cranberry, candied cherry, raspberry. Very fruit-driven on the palate as well. Simple, refreshing, light. Alcohol is much lighter compared to the 2019 vintage, giving way to a lot more acidity. Great wine, works well at the price.

$27.00

The heavy red soils in this vineyard contribute to the fruit generosity seen in this wine. The Polish Hill River portion in the wine provides an acid profile and drive. The wine is made in a generous and refreshing fruit driven style with a soft, velvety palate of exceptional length. It has classic flavors of ripe lemon and lime and some tropical fruit notes. It drinks well young, but will also reward with cellaring.

$52.00

Pale ruby in the glass. Lots of VA at first, but fades away with 30 minutes of decanting. Mellow, the fruit comes out in forms of oxidised strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant. Some spice and a strong savoury character. Medium body, tart acid. An out-of-the-box Pinot Noir.

$37.00

Studebaker Bianco is one conclusion in a series of experiments in texture and tannin in white wine, a post-punk, post-natural, tangy, minerally, crunchy gargle. The overt green-melon ?fruitiness? of this wine is a pleasant surprise. Texturally it?s a joy. Leaving the wine unfiltered retains viscosity as well as almond blossom aromatics. The ?phenolic?, skinsy crunch (which comes from the fermentation on skins) acts as a kind of picture frame around the wine defining the honeydew and pear flavours complemented by ginger spice confined within these borders.
