A richly flavoured amber ale featuring bittering hops grown in the Forester region of North East Tasmania. Unripe and jammy apricots play around on the nose. Tastes like bitter strawberry jam in a good way. A slight salty hint to it as well. Lots going on. Lovely complexity, lovely character.
