Bright crimson in colour delivering mulberry and black cherry aromas layered with a meaty undertone. Youthful and nicely integrated with plenty of sour cherry flavours building to a succulent, spicy finish. Fine length with more room to age for the better.
In 2004, Tomfoolery started as a “fun” project, but over a decade and a half, this duo managed to produce some serious results. Ben “Chippy” Chipman and Toby “Yappy” Yap never tried to pigeonhole themselves with certain labels and their mission was clear – make pure expressions of the beautiful places where their grapes are grown. Find copious appeal for refreshing whites, rich reds and paler shades of rosé.
