Arlewood Chardonnay 2023 – Showing golden peach, melon, cedar, vanilla and savoury pastry aromas on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate exhibiting outstanding depth and richly textured mouthfeel.
Driftwood Single Site Chardonnay 2019 – Displaying complex layering of tart citrus, fresh white peach, quince paste, vanilla flower, and crushed walnuts. The palate has a creamy texture with primary citrus and stone fruit flavours with a superb length balanced by natural saline mineral acidity and the highest quality French oak.
Deep Woods Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 – Pale straw in colour, bursting with zesty lime, tropical fruit and freshly cut grass. Expressive flavours of lime curd, grapefruit and passionfruit with a herbaceous finish. Pristine acidity provides freshness and the barrel-ferment portion adds texture and refinement.
Amato Vino Barrel-Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2022 – Opens with lemon blossom, gooseberry, cut hay (trampled grass says Chelsea!), and some nice passionfruit richness and fragrant alpine herbs. Certainly a wild version and not for your average Sav Blanc drinker. Apricot, finger lime, and white peach aromas filter through, some jasmine flower, some nettles.
