South by Southwest Pinot Grigio 2022 – In a glass this wine presents with a very pale straw / copper colour. On the nose it displays an orchard fruit dominance with gentle citrus aromatics. The palate expresses fresh pear and honeysuckle characters and has a lasting mouthfeel.
Crawford River Riesling 2022 – It leads with crushed rock & chalky minerality. Following on the nose is citrus, fruit and florals. Layers of kafir lime, white nectarine & apple blossom. The palate is textured and complex with the minerality continuing on the palate which is a hallmark of this site. The fruit is layered and intense with nashi pear, white nectarine and grapefruit with soft acidity lending incredible length to finish.
Sinapius Clem Blanc 2022- Similar to an Alsatian Blanc Blend, but with a little bit of skin contact, this wine from Tasmania is something you want to accompany on that hot summer day by the pool! Fresh , zippy, and a lil bit of that funk.
