Hand-picked, destemmed and gently crushed, cool fermented for 14 days and matured in French barriques (50% new) for 18 months. A distinctive aroma with light structure, a spicy and juicy finish and slight touch of tannins.
Based in Margaret River and spanning over three sub-regions, Yallingup, Wilyabrup and Karridale, Clairault Streicker is a family owned grower and wine producer. With vines planted as early as 1976 and known for its single vineyards for Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay and their trophy winning cold-climate Shiraz, Steicker wines are are authentic and classically-styled.
