Generous perfumed nose, with wild strawberries and redcurrants with hints of violet and wild fennel. Medium-bodied and a savoury palate and juicy red fruits and fine tannins. Great length and good persistence with a wonderful fine spice.
Located in the heart of Pipers Brook wine region in Northern Tasmania, this original two-hectare vineyard was purchased by Linda and her late husband, Vaughn Dell, in 2005, with one goal in mind. To produce the finest quality wine, with as little intervention as possible. After the sudden death of Vaughn in 2020, Linda and her two young daughters, Esmé and Clementine, continued to carry on the legacy that he and Linda had started.
