A wine that shows fresh acidity with a well weighted palate exhibiting extraordinary texture and poise. Stone fruit, grapefruit and lemon fruit flavour with a pithy finish that lingers on the finish. Terrific wine that will age for 3-5 years.
A fresh addition to our portfolio, Silverstream stands out for some of the most delicious drops in Denmark, Western Australia. Silverstream is a family owned business with a focus on biodynamic viticultural practices, producing cool climate, single vineyard wines. Trademark varietals are Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, all of which are in our current selection. The owner, Tony Ruse, believes “a great wine starts with quality soil – we have a wonderful well drained site, our cool climate wines are a direct reflection of this”.
