A medium to full-bodied Pinot Noir that exhibits a fine tannin structure wonderfully integrated with the new oak. Flavours of plum, cherries and strawberry with a hint of warm spices and vanillin oak.
Tomfoolery ‘Son of A Gun’ Shiraz 2022 – Bright crimson in colour delivering mulberry and black cherry aromas layered with a meaty undertone. Youthful and nicely integrated with plenty of sour cherry flavours building to a succulent, spicy finish. Fine length with more room to age for the better.
South by Southwest Vagabondo Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 – Deep crimson colour in glass. The nose hits of Margaret River. Ripe rich berries with some light, distinct leafy and brambly characteristics come together. This wine has is a full-bodied wine which is still both soft and rich. On the palate it has well rounded tannins with concentrated fruit flavours.
