Oh yes, we’ve finally received new shipments of wine. We’ve put together 6 of our favourite bottles so you don’t have to choose. The crème de la crème of our most recent batch.
In this bundle you will get:
Domaine Simha ‘Raya’ Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Dominant phenolic notes, some terracotta tones of amphorae and oxidative complexity. Light body and incisive acidity – a great food wine.
The Lost Plot Roussanne 2020
Rich, rich nose with an abundance of fruit and florals. Same on the palate where nothing is too textural or overdone.
Garagiste Cotier Riesling 2021
Unlike a classic Riesling wine, the acidity gives the wine direction. Clean citrus and yellow plums on the nose and vibrant, complex and savoury for a Riesling.
Latta Benevolent Cabernet Franc 2021
From the Bress vineyard in the Harcourt Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows red fruits and hints of fennel. Fermented naturally and bottles young and fresh with a vivid and juicy punch.
Frederick Stevenson Hongell Grenache 2020
Tastes like homemade raspberry jam you’d eat out of a jar in your grandma’s dry storage – no bread, nothing, just a shovel – a bit sweet, but obsessively tart all day. More peach and strawberry pack up the mouthfeel.. Refreshing, soft & just easy-sailing.
Amato Vino Nero d’Avola 2019
Aromas of spice, florals and candied berry fruit. Light with mouth-watering acidity and a solid savoury core.
Cambridge Distillery Anty Gin
Officially the world’s most innovative spirit: Cambridge Distillery’s Anty Gin is the result of a collaboration with the visionary thinkers of the Nordic Food Lab, and is the very first gin in the world to be made from insects. Each bottle of Anty Gin contains the essence of approximately 62 red wood ants, along with hand-foraged botanicals including juniper, wild wood avens and nettle that complement the sharp citrus notes created by distilling the ants.
