This Pet-Nat is from Tim Wild Man called Astro Bunny perfect to beat that heat!
For white, He’d go for a dry white and something complex, and that would be
Latta’s Jurassique Blanc, a lean and aromatic Chardonnay from Victoria.
One of his favorite Red’s right now is from Barnaby Flanders of Garagiste Wines in the Mornington Peninsula called the Le Stagiare.
“This red is an entry level wine, yet, it feels something more than that. It’s a great value for a Pinot Noir!”
Last but not the least, something with age.
Silverstream’s Cabernet Franc from The Great Southern is quite reminiscent of wines that I drink from Chinon in the Loire Valley.
Although Terroirs are different, they have similarities in climate which is on the cooler side and produce middle weight wines.
