Fine, light and vibrant with plenty of flavour, with notes of amaro spice, orange peel, wormwood, white pepper, with flashes of redcurrants, sour cherry juice and pomegranate. 20-30% whole bunch and “pressed off after a week or so” with no added sulphur dioxide. Good tannin structure with a light acidity and a touch of rosewater finish, Made for fun and immediate drinking.
