In this bundle, you will receive the following bottles:

Frederick Stevenson Montepulciano 2021The wine is remarkably fresh, bright and balanced. The overall style is quite straightforward and fruit-driven, lacking some complexity, but we can imagine the wine could gain some additional depth with aging. Very enjoyable – especially for the vintage – and offers lots of pleasure.

Saison Fallen Quinces Vermouth‘Fallen Quinces’ uses pineapple quinces, saffron, blood orange, bay leaf, dried jasmine flower, rhubarb root, Australian wormwood, and caramelised quince sugar. The vermouth is then left to age on burnt quinces.

Moorooduc Estate The Moorooduc Mcintyre Chardonnay 2020The McIntyre Chardonnay is more savoury and restrained on opening, with cheese, cashew nuts, sandalwood and citrus rind aromatics opening slowly.  On the palate, the wine has similar savoury notes, with very tightly wound power and intensity.
