Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of pear, lime and melon have a subtle fresh herb overlay with spicy end notes. Texturally quite full yet simultaneously very fresh, juicy pear flavours show excellent intensity with lime and infusions of fresh herbs also present. Dry spicy finish with vibrant crisp acidity and a mouth watering medium to long aftertaste.
