This ale gets it all…TMT’s own farm grown hops, and Tasmanian grown spelt – the most unusual, most flavoursome grain on the planet – and Derwent’s very own indigenous souring organisms. It is an utterly unique beer.
Forth Grain Ale (375ml)
Refreshingly acidic, dry, with enhanced delicate fruit characters only possible from employing unmalted grain this beer is flavoursome, complex, moreish, and delightfully low on alcohol rendering it unparalleled as an accompaniment to the table
Cleansing Ale (375ml)
A tart, citric and refreshing ale that is a welcome addition (along with the whole brewery and its focus) to the Australian beer scene. Definitely lives up to its name.
Huon Dry Apple Cider (375ml)
A dry farm cider made from whole apple juice and wild microorganisms, made from the rare Sturmer Pippin variety, 100% tree-ripened apples from Tasmania’s Huon Valley. No additives added and a minimum of 12-months maturation before release. No filtration and no sulphur dioxide making it a complex, dry, crisp and age-worthy beverage.
Huon Wild Apple Dark Ale (375ml)
Taking a classic dark ale base, a winemaker’s touch has provided a soft, rich fruit palate via the use of fresh, unfiltered apple juice procured directly from an on-farm apple grower & processor in the Huon Valley. A blend of five different barley malts, this is a complex and satisfying drinking experience. Triple fermented using nearly 20% whole apple juice.
