Light amber in the glass. Bit funky on the nose, but this does not prevent the fruit from getting full shine. Very generous on the palate, with the heat of the 2021 really getting the spotlight here (not in a bad way though). There are ripe notes of melon, mango, passionfruit and peach. There’s also a touch of sweetness here and a medium acidity. Very nice food wine and also one to impress with on a blind tasting.
