Run by Jo and husband Jimmy, the name Dormilona means ‘lazy bones’ in Spanish and reflects their laidback approach to winemaking and Jo’s nickname during her winemaking years in Spain. She makes wine to express the vintage, the conditions, the site, the soils and best of all, uses very little intervention.
