A happy marriage of Vermentino and Nero d’Avola, fermented separately, the blended together. Sticky-textured with cotton candy fruitiness and hints of peppery spice. The fine fizz makes this wine just slide across the palate and finish with a punch of perky vitality. Neat and tidy, even when it warmed up a bit. Wicked value, done oh so well.
