Medium ruby in the glass. Shows a nose that’s an entirely different ballgame compared to the 2020. It really has that vermouth negroni profile with a bit of funk to it. High acidity, but not unbalanced. Just a lick of grippy tannins. Medium-bodied with a medium finish. To be appreciated straight away.
