Commune of Buttons ‘Basket Town’ Pinot Noir 2020

$69.00

Medium ruby in the glass. A cleaner style of Pinot compared to the standard range. This has some squeaky clean red fruit on the nose and is followed by just a touch of whole-bunch. Great glou-glou addition to CoB’s range.

Jasper and Sophie Button are a brother and sister team, making wine from their family vineyard in the Basket Range sub-region of the Adelaide Hills. Jasper grew up in the Basket Range region in the Adelaide Hills and helped to plant twelve acres of vines on the family farm when he was just 10 years of age. The grapes were originally farmed to sell to wineries, but after struggling in later years to find the right wineries to buy them, the Buttons decided to start marking wine under their own label. All the wines are made with minimal intervention and a lot of love, inspired by the surrounding community of frivolous and passionate winemakers.
