In this bundle, you will receive the following bottles:
Bellwether Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 – Milk Chocolate and Classic very fine grain tannins, drinking well but will age for 20 years or more. Hand pruned and picked, natural yeast fermentation, matured in french oak barriques, about 30% new.
Silvestream Blanc de Blancs 2015 – Aromas of citrus, verbena and brioche. A dry style with a fine creamy mousse that captures fresh flavours of citrus, white stone fruit and shortbread enriched with lemon curd and brioche. A complex wine rich and full of flavour that is balanced by a refreshing, fine acidity.
Lambrook Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 – A real zinger, this youthful Sauvignon is loaded with plenty of fresh passionfruit and white peach on the nose, mixed with some grassy notes as well. The palate is very linear and fresh, with crunchy green apple and lime.
