Light, fresh aromatic reddish wine. Sour scents and flavours, soupy, slick texture with floral notes and bubblegummy flavour and texture to finish. It’s got some nice, perky fruit character, a good deal of lift & texture through front and mid palate. Nice drop, drink chilled!
Along with amazing family and friends, Borachio makes grape based beverages in Mount Lofty Ranges, from fruit grown by beautiful people on Kaurna and Peramangk lands. They strive for wines with energy and finesse, made with immense focus and intent. As such, they keep things in the winery simple and gentle. All Borachio wines are made without any additions or subtractions — some grapes are even saved for amaro (grape spirit/aromats) and piquettes (water/hops).
