Wow, the nose on this! Red & green peppers, some jalapeno juice, blackcurrant, paprika, ripe ripe plum. Bellissimo! Very simple though, easy-drinking is the name of the game here. The palate is marked with smooth tannins, moderate acidity, goes down like a charm. Glou glou.
Ben & Naomi of Blind Corner started their winemaking journey while travelling across Europe in their van. Naomi was surfing, while Ben was working in hospitality. They squeezed winery visits anywhere they could, opening their eyes to what winemaking could be. Coming back to Australia, they started producing natural wine using old-world techniques and blending them with new-world knowledge.
