Studied in Bordeaux and California, Sue Bell concentrates all her efforts on small parcels of fruit and produces wine in Tasmania, Coonawarra, Heathcote and Wrattonbully. With her academic background focused on agriculture, even though she buys all her fruit, she still has the advantage of advising her growers on how to improve production. Naturally, this Cabernet was planted on a perfect location, greatly benefiting from the rich terra rossa soils, formed through the transformation of limestone over thousands of years.
