This Discovery Series brings us to Tasmania, otherwise previously van Diemen’s Land. With its rich winegrowing and winemaking history, quality wines are meticulously crafted to precision, alongside with great provenance of fresh produce. Today, we will discover a carefully picked selection of Tasmanian wines, from the fresh and bubbly, fruity and cheerful whites, to rich and bold reds. The flight is paired with a selection of goodies from the kitchen of Burnt Ends, included in the ticket. This seminar is jointly organized in partnership with Wine Australia, The State Government of Tasmania, The Australian High Commission to Singapore, AustCham Singapore, AUSTRADE Singapore Office, DiscoverTasmania, and the University of Tasmania.
