Revolutionary in concept, we turn the tides in September’s signature Cellars Session – where food no longer takes the main stage! Unlike the first edition of our Pairing is Caring earlier this month, we will be exploring beyond the basics of pairing with a curation of some atypical grape varietals, accompanied by a food pairing of 8 different dishes from the Burnt Ends Kitchen.
