Biannual seasonal gins made with distillates of botanicals harvested in the first six months of the year. This edition is a citrus delight, featuring lemon thyme, lemon verbena, and lemon balm giving a suggestion of sherbet zestiness with an extensive finish within multiple citrus driven layers.

Officially the world's most innovative spirit: Cambridge Distillery's Anty Gin is the result of a collaboration with the visionary thinkers of the Nordic Food Lab, and is the very first gin in the world to be made from insects. Each bottle of Anty Gin contains the essence of approximately 62 red wood ants, along with hand-foraged botanicals including juniper, wild wood avens and nettle that complement the sharp citrus notes created by distilling the ants.

Bright, herbaceous, beautifully rounded and exquisitely refreshing, this gin captures the quintessential taste of the English seasons.

Japanese Gin is made using six botanicals: juniper, shiso leaf, sesame seeds, cucumber, sansho and yuzu: each distilled individually in a vacuum, then blended together for exceptional purity of flavour. Serve long with an equally delicate tonic, and garnish with a fan of crisp green apple.

Innovatively distilled to preserve the full flavour of the truffle, Truffle Gin achieves a flavour profile more usually associated with mature spirits, and is a complex and well-balanced spirit of unparallelled depth and complexity.

On 2nd May 2007 a great fire ravaged St Lucia Distillers distillery, destroying much of the storage buildings. The result of this was the distillers had to find new storage locations for their casks, in all manner of places. They forgot the location of some of the casks, only to find them recently, and it turned out the rum they found was sublime...From a PR standpoint, it was a piece of good fortune, very lucky indeed.

Rich dark amber in color, typical pot still richness comes through the aromas carried by whiffs of cooked banana, caramelized fruits and spicy oak derived vanilla. A well-balanced mid-palate provides structure around flavors of chocolate, golden raisin, tobacco and clove, which dissipates over a long creamy finish.

Saint Lucia Distillers, the owner of Charmain's Reserve, distilled, blended and bottled this white rum on the Caribbean island nation. Unusually for a white rum, it was aged like the rest of Chairman's Reserve rums, but it was then filtered to remove the colour. Lime zest, sweet raisin and boiled sweets all over the palate.

Clement 10 YO

Cl?ment 10 year old Rhum Agricole has been distilled from fresh pressed sugarcane juice and aged a minimum of 10 years in a combination of virgin and re-charred oak barrels, yielding an exceptional aged Agricole Rhum with unique characteristics of cinnamon and vanilla. The nose reveals aromatic intensity of raw wood, dried spice and toasted fruit, leading to warm bakery flavors that carry through to an unimaginably lengthy finish.

Clement 1970

A simply stunning Rhum Agricole from one of our all time favourite rum distilleries. This particular bottling is a beautiful 1970 vintage, bottled in 1991. The rhum spent 15 years in large 200 litre barrels in Clement?s large maturation cellars, before being moved to smaller French oak casks for 6 years, resulting in a marvelous concentration of flavor. On the nose, the rum serves up deep, sugared fruits, with pineapple and mango particularly at the fore. The palate is consistent with the nose, but adds flavours of almonds, tobacco smoke and a slightly floral edge. The finish is long, with a strong toasted oak note and lingering sweetness. One of the all-time great bottlings from this distillery.

Clement 2002

A 2002 vintage Clement Rhum Agricole from Martinique, bottled in April 2019 after almost two decades of maturation. Aromas of eucalyptus, spicy oak, mango and banana fill the nose, complemented by notes of pecans, peaches and toasty oak on the palate.

This particular offering is produced on traditional coffey column stills from fresh blue sugar cane juice. It is then rested in stainless steel vats for six months. During this time the distillate is reduced down to the final abv of 50%. Very grassy, very vegetal on the nose. Big notes of sweet sugar cane. Sipping this rum is a very intense experience. It?s not as sweet as the nose with some very pungent medicinal notes. A touch of cough mixture. It?s very grassy and very zesty. Bitter-sweet combo.
